For all who had the pleasure of "the pain in the arse"

This idiot posted this on here.  I would say, please learn how to spell and use grammar, however then it wouldn’t be so funny!!!!  Please post some more Wolfy, keep my viewers entertained!

So that's sebastian in the photo http://www.brightwhitelight.co.uk/gallery/birmingham/seb21/Faith_and_Sebastian_CU.jpg.html mmmmmm so YOU pretend to be good and "faith" with a 3 meters long cross on ur chest but that's not tricky coz i wouldn't buy it coz i know GOD and i can tell who knows him and who pretends to know him!, but anyways you seem OLD so at least have a little respect for yourself!! even i thought sebastian is a little stupid kid, but he is a big man and he looks like unicorn! YOUs can have children my age and yet u embarrass urself for being like children, GROW UP! I can see from the photo that ur flying from happiness just becoz sebastian is putting his arm on u, u think that unicorn is "something"! ur embarrasing urself in ur life, i know maybe pigs look a little prettier than u but have "FAITH" in urself more! ashame on u, u r faith and u don't have it! just an advice for u, if u think that u r a good girl with that HUGE cross, u r absolutely NOT! Jesus is kind and loves kind people, u r paranoid and u r ONLY a pleasure seeker going to trips NOT to have fun but to be PARANOID and to say I...I...I...!!! I didn't know u see them, now i am sure they were ALL inside once! ( if u have a brain u would understand ) one last thing, TAKE IT IN UR BIG FAT ASS! ALL OF IT! I hope ur asshole is not hurting u anymore...

Birmingham Sony VAIO and ClubChuck Meet

Had the most fantastic time in Birmingham last week!!  Met up with friends from Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Poole, Germany and Brussels.  We all met up under the Birmingham Eye and then went down to one of the canal bars, then over to Perry Bar for the grey hound racing, a lovely meal in the Big Wok in the China Quarter and then loads more drinking on Broad Street!!

It was so lovely to meet these friends I’ve been speaking to for such a long time on the internet, and for them to travel so far was awesome!!

Here is a link to the pictures: http://www.brightwhitelight.co.uk/gallery/birmingham/

I think they are really good!!  A few of my favourites:

Been reading a very good book – which I would highly recommend!

It’s called Episiotomy and the Second Stage of Labour, 2nd Ed. by Kitzinger & Simkin 1990.

Fascinating facts regarding the differences between active management and truly physiological second stage.  It’s not a very big book, but I have been engrossed with it, very well written and easy to read.  It is written in a way that makes you examine your own practice.  If you have ever encouraged the use of Val Salva maneuvers, then this is definitely a book for you!  After reading it and now having a much deeper understanding of the detrimental physiological effects it has on the woman and fetus, I will never say the word “push” ever again.  The evidence is astonishing, and the way the author links many different interventions and outcomes is excellent.

Happy reading!    (I've added the details to my book list)

Well I haven’t updated for a long time so here goes:

Amsterdam was faaaaaab!  Had the best time with some fabulous people, then over to Dublin where I polished off quite a few Guinness’s and again really enjoyed the time me and Joy (little sis) spent together.  It’s quite bizarre really as me and Joy didn’t really know each other when growing up, so getting to know her over the last couple of years have been a wonderful experience, and we are truly best friends.

Started my final year at uni today and am looking forward to getting my teeth into the high risk pregnancy stuff.  It’s a nice feeling as well, as I have achieved all my numbers, which as any midwifery student will agree is a great weight off my mind.  Quite apprehensive about my placement in ITU, which is coming up in a few weeks, not used to caring for very ill patients?

Bought myself a new car a couple of weeks ago which is lovely, I’ll take a pic of it tomorrow and stick it on.

Thanks for your comments James, very nice of you :-)
